Monthly Service Plans
We offer a monthly service plan to help protect you from unexpected costs.
These plans include your annual service and unlimited call-outs, ensuring your equipment remains covered all year round. With a service plan in place, you can relax knowing your mobility equipment is protected and supported.
Our service plan is available across our full product portfolio as well as open to those who haven’t had equipment installed by us, but would like to be covered for all eventualities.
24/7 breakdown support
We understand how vital your mobility equipment is to your independence. That’s why we provide round-the-clock breakdown support, 365 days a year. If an issue arises, our team will diagnose the problem and arrange prompt assistance to help get you back up and running as quickly as possible.
Annual servicing
To keep your stairlift or mobility equipment in optimal condition, we recommend an annual service. Our engineers carry out thorough checks on batteries, moving parts and safety features to ensure everything operates safely and reliably throughout the year.
LOLER inspections
